Terms

Use the service only for lawful work and only with data, systems, and accounts you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, owner isolation, tool allowlists, or provider safeguards.

AI output can be incorrect or incomplete. Review answers, generated images, spreadsheet formulas and code before relying on them. You remain responsible for the changes you accept and the work you publish.

Do not rely on Kaleidify as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, fabrication, electrical, or manufacturing decisions. Qualified reviewers remain responsible for source validation, physical testing, applicable standards, and final approval.

Paid plans are subscriptions, billed in advance each month or each year through our payment processor, Stripe. They renew automatically until you cancel. The price is shown on the pricing page before you pay, and taxes are added where the law requires them.

If a price changes, we tell you before it applies, and the new price starts at your next renewal, never partway through a period you have already paid for.

Paid plans include monthly credits for Studio and Code. They refill on the first of each month at midnight UTC, and unused credits don't carry over. Credits have no cash value and can't be sold or moved to another account. Basic's free messages are a one-time allowance.

You can cancel any time from Account and billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and then it stops renewing. Your saved conversations stay readable on any plan.

Payments are not refunded for partly used months or years or for unused credits, except where the law requires a refund. If something went wrong with a charge, write to us and we will look at it.

You can delete your Kaleidify ID from your account page at any time. Deleting it cancels any subscription.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by trying to get around usage limits or attacking the service. We tell you why unless the law or a security risk prevents it.

The service is provided as it is, without promises beyond those the law requires. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law. If you live somewhere whose consumer protection law gives you rights these terms can't override, those rights still apply.

When these terms change, we post the new version here with a new date. If a change affects a paid plan you already have, we tell you before it takes effect.

The service may change or become unavailable. Model availability and usage limits depend on your plan and provider availability.
